Chitra Chandran

Chitra took over as CEO of the Chandran Foundation in 2017, having spent the previous twenty years working as a commercial lawyer in London. With the support of her family, team, and trustees, Chitra is committed to continuing her father's work by empowering young people to overcome barriers to their education, and providing opportunities to level the playing field.

Roshami Wickremasinghe

Operations Manager
Roshami joined the Chandran Foundation team in 2017, working directly with schools to ensure the successful delivery of our operations.

Having previously worked with the United Nations in Sri Lanka, and having held senior strategic management positions, Roshami has a passion and skill for ensuring incremental change with enduring, transformative results.

Maggie Terefenko

Events & Office Administration
Maggie's 20 years as a business-owner in the London hair & beauty industry has given her a unique perspective into working with a wide range of people. She now dedicates her time and expertise to the Chandran Foundation, working to expand our horizons and help us reach as many young people as possible.

Nicole Rice

Nicole joined the Chandran Foundation in 2023 after working in partnership with the charity since 2021. With 14 years’ experience in the charity sector working for mental health and children’s charities, Nicole brings experience and demonstrable income generation skills with a strong track record in Trusts and Foundations fundraising.

Skye Brimblecombe

Having graduated from the University of Bath with a first class honours in Health & Exercise, Skye is eager to act on her desire to make a difference in the world.

Increasing access and opportunity for the young people in our communities is a cause that Skye has always been committed to.

Isabel Tucci

Isabel graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Sports and Sociology. She has a passion for social justice and social policy reform.

Isabel maintains a commitment to working toward sustainable change in the lives of young people through education and resilience.

Executive Assistant
Anna recently graduated from Cambridge University with an English degree, and is studying a creative masters part-time. She is dedicated to fighting educational inequality and determined to make a positive difference.

Anna focuses on the organisation of the Foundation's fundraising events while supporting the executive & operations teams' admin requirements.
